§ 40-10. Applicable to all areas under city's extraterritorial jurisdiction.

All provisions of these subdivision regulations of this Code as the same now exists or hereafter amended shall be and are hereby extended and made applicable to all of the areas under the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city as provided for in Texas Local Government Code ch. 42.
