§ 14-16. Fee for filing of final plat.

Latest version.

When the final plat is filed with the commission for approval, it shall be accompanied by the following fees:
(1)

$5.00 per plat.

(2)

For multiple dwelling areas, commercial and/or industrial districts and other areas not subdivided into lots, the fee shall be $5.00 per plat.
